Private label manufacturing (also called contract or third-party manufacturing) means a brand has its products made by a licensed, fully equipped manufacturer under contract, instead of running its own factory. The brand owner defines the product, packaging and target market; the manufacturer handles raw materials, formulation, production, quality control and packing. The finished product goes to market under the brand’s own label.

Private Label Detergent Pod Manufacturing

Detergent pods (unit-dose capsules) are single-use cleaning products made by sealing a pre-measured liquid, gel or powder detergent inside a water-soluble PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) film. Thanks to their convenience, compact logistics and premium shelf appeal, they are one of the fastest-growing formats in the detergent market.

At Heni, pods are made on automatic form-fill-seal lines. Formula, chamber count, fragrance, film and fill colours, packaging and labels are all set for your brand.

Private Label Powder Detergent Manufacturing

Powder detergent is a laundry detergent that combines surfactants, builders, enzymes, bleach, optical brighteners and fragrance in set ratios. With a low cost per wash, long shelf life and strong stain performance, it is the best-selling detergent format in many Middle Eastern, African and Central Asian markets.

Heni produces powder detergent under its own brand Tidy Hill and opens the same infrastructure to brand owners. The formula is built around the target market’s water hardness, washing habits (machine or hand wash) and price segment.

Private Label Perfume Manufacturing

Private label perfume manufacturing lets a brand without its own facility have its fragrance produced by a manufacturer under contract. Influencer brands, retail chains, salons and spas, hotels and export distributors all use this model.

Heni sells perfume under its own brand Scentora and produces for other brands on the same infrastructure. You can bring your own fragrance formula, choose from our scent library, or brief us on a new scent.
